Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
